Land Surveyor
MEASURED BUILDING / LAND SURVEYOR
The successful candidate will join a forward thinking highly motivated team creating accurate plans for a variety of clients throughout the UK. Depending on experience you will also be asked to lead projects and have the opportunity to progress to a senior role.

Position Overview:
Topographical Surveys, Measured Floor Plans, Elevations, Roof plans & Sections
Usage of AutoCAD & N4ce 
Working throughout the UK
 
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience
Proficient in AutoCAD
Motivated to succeed & Maintain excellent client relations

Desirable requirements:
Competent with N4ce, Recap 360 Pro, Revit & Sketchup
Ability to lead and estimate team performance
Member of, or working towards membership of RICS or CICES
Full UK driving licence
 
Remuneration:
Negotiable dependent on experience
Collective and individual bonus based upon performance
25 days paid leave (additional day after each year employed up to a maximum of 33 days)
Personal car allowance paid at 45p per mile or access to a company car

SCAN TO BIM MODELLER

Scan to BIM modeller 
 
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience
Experience of creating families and templates​
Proficient in Revit or Sketchup
Motivated to succeed

Desirable requirements:
Competent at rendering, photo meshing & rights of light analysis
Ability to lead and estimate teams performance
 
Remuneration:
Negotiable Salary dependent on experience
Collective and individual bonus based upon performance
25 days paid leave (additional day after each year employed up to a maximum of 33 days)
